Deeya,Frank and Brooklynn left for Colorado around 11:00. I fixed the water that
goes to the Ice Maker in the refrigerator. Then I took a shower.
at 1:30 I drove to 96th and Meridian and Met Scott and Elaina at Granite City.
They had lunch for their anniversary. Courtney got there at 3:00 Just as we were
leaving.
Elaina gave Zarah and Azure each a couple of candy cane shaped tubes filled with
Hershey Kisses.
We drove to the Library at Carmel. I was impressed. They have a lot of books and
movies and music. The girls picked out several movies.
I got a video on Tiling floors and a book on
Home Networks. Then we went to Taco Bell. The girls didn’t want anything. we got
back around 4:30 it is a beautiful day out. It is nearly 60 degrees. The girls
rode bikes around and played on the trampoline. And fed the Chickens. Azure also told me that she made HONOR ROLL again this semester. She is such a bright young girl..
Then the 3 of us knocked tennis balls back and forth over the tennis net for about
45 minutes.
I cleaned off the stage out in the barn. As it got cooler and near dark we went in
the house. The girls ate some grapes and then had some plain Fruity Pebbles.
They watched Barbie Princess Charm School on the Projection T.V. Then Azure and I
practiced guitar for a while. I worked on her to sing while she played “Beautiful
Day”. she made some half hear-ted attempts. I can tell she is self-conscious about
it. I talked to her awhile about that.
Zarah fell asleep beside us on the floor. I carried her upstairs to the pull out
bed in the piano room.
Azure and I watched Monsters University. I thought it was pretty good actually.
Azure fell asleep with about 15 minutes left in the movie.
I woke her up and we all went to sleep. I tried to sleep in the middle but
eventually moved over to the couch.
SUNDAY –
We got up around 8:30. I made cereal for the girls. Around 10:00 I went back in to
the kitchen and heard a hissing sound. I was like oh no! I knew that the water
line behind refrigerator was leaking.
I shut the water off under the sink and pulled the fridge out. The tubing that was
running from the fridge was old I guess and it split in the middle somewhere.
I cleaned up the water on the floor with a couple of towels. There didn’t seem to
be much water so I wasn’t too concerned.
Around 11:00 the girls decided that they wanted to play outside. They were scared
to go in the basement so I went down with them.
That is when I saw all of the water coming down the wall from the ceiling. I
couldn’t believe it . I kept saying “oh no!, Oh no!”. Zarah finally said “Stop
saying “Oh no!”
I was very distraught. I ran outside to the barn and rolled a big fan down to the
basement. I got all the towels I could find and started soaking up the dampness in
the carpet. A little later I went out to the barn and got the golf cart loaded up on the trailer. Then I moved some pieces of the entertainment center back in place from the earlier remodeling.
Scott Burke got to the house around noon. He and I worked on trying to get Guitar Rig 5 to run from Cubase 5. We didn’t have very much luck. I text-ed Happy Birthday to Carla.
Yudi came home around 2:00 and played with the girls and made them some
sandwiches.
Scott left around 3:00. about 3:30 I remembered that I was going to take the girls
to see Cinderella at 1:40 today. I had forgotten because of the leak.
I saw that there was a 4:20 show. This one was still a little cheaper than the
evening shows. So I asked the girls if they wanted to got to see it. They said yes
immediately.
I invited Yudi. She said sure. So then I bought some tickets online. Yudi decided
that she wanted to take a shower real quick. We left the house around 4:10
We were about 15 minutes late. But we managed to make it to our seat while the
commercials were still playing.
I liked the movie. We had a good time. Then went to Kroger in West field and bought
some Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream and drove home.
I put in the movie. “Aqua Marine” I could tell in 20 seconds that it was going to
be terrible.
toward the end of the evening I went to the basement and found a couple of new
mini-etch-a-sketch’s that I had bought for each of them almost a year ago. I had
never given them to them so I figured I would give them to them now.
I went to the piano room and typed this up to HERE. I watched some of the Tiling
DVD for a while both the girls ended up falling asleep on the couch. I carried
each of them into the piano room and put them on the Pullout bed.
MONDAY –
I made pancakes. Zarah helped.
Then Zarah loaded the Dish Washer.
I pulled up a couple of kitchen tiles and scraped them off. Zarah and Azure each helped.
I re-glued a couple of the tiles down. And grouted them.
Yudi entered the picture around 1:00 and played with the girls. They went down in
the basement.

Azure played her guitar for Yudi. Then they put on the Taylor Swift – Speak Now
Bu-ray and danced for a while. I came down when Taylor was playing “Drops of
Jupiter”
I said Azure you could learn that. I figured out most of the chords real quick and
Azure played along with it. She did good. I took a shower and got ready for work.
I started work at 4:00. I took my first break at 6:00. When I came out of the room
they were baking cupcakes. Azure and Zarah were trying to surprise me but I guess
I ruined it.
I was apprehensive at work tonight because we are having our second big test. I
really had no idea what the test was going to be over. To make matters worse. I
found out that I was locked out of 3 of the websites I needed to use for reference material for the test. I was bummed out.
I text ed the teacher and told her that I was locked out of a couple of the websites.
She just said well “Do the best you can”.
I took the test, got done 20 minutes early and scored 100%. I was shocked. I was
elated about it too. I told Azure and Zarah and they decided to make the cupcakes
be a celebration for my test score.
If you look closely it says “Your Invited Daddy”…aaawww
They made me a couple of cards and invitations. Yudi made dinner for the girls.
She went up to her room around 10:00.
The girls watched ELf in the living room. Zarah came into the piano room around
11:30 and fell right to sleep. I worked until 12:30
Azure came in around 12:00. She sat on the couch and played MineCraft. I took my
headphones off and put my training out of the speakers so that Azure could hear it
too.
We stayed up until about 1:00 and went to sleep. Azure was afraid of the dark so I
talked to her about it for a while and turned the Piano light on to brighten up
the room.
TUESDAY
We woke up at 8:45 Tuesday morning. I made pancakes. Then while they were both
playing on the bed on laptops I went out to the barn and got the golf cart ready to
take to Indiana Golf Carts to have it repaired.
My major hurdle was that after the golf cart was loaded up on the trailer I
realized that it was too tall to get out of the garage door.
I had to unhook the garage door and push it up higher. I drove about 25 miles and
hour to 266th street to the place and took the cart off of the trailer.
When I got back the girls took a bath . While they were doing that I called the
CCHD and had my passwords reset for the sites that I could not get into last nite.
Then we left the house and met Yudi at Elsers Automotive in Westfield to have
Yudi’s front low beams worked on.
We got back to the house around 2:30. I watched a video on Home Networking that I
downloaded last nite and got ready for work.
Azure and Zarah and Yudi made some Blue cookies out of flour and Icing. Just
before I was to start work I brought up a couple of gifts for Azure and Zarah and
gave them to them.
Zarah got a play-doh set that she was supposed to get at Christmas. And Azure got
a book called “You can draw”.
They both started playing with them right away.
While I worked the 3 girls made Popsicles out of Mountain Dew and Gummy Bears.
They gave me one. It wasn’t as bad as I expected.

Then the went downstairs and danced and sang. Yudi played songs thru my EV p.a.
Speakers. It was pretty loud for a while.
Zarah came in the bedroom around 11:00 and zonked out on the bed. Azure stayed up
until 1:00 a.m. drawing.
WEDNESDAY
We all got up around 9:45. I made a pancake for Azure. Zarah had dry cereal.
Azure and Zarah played with thier toys and watched a Barbie video. I tried to put
Cinderella on a DVD. But all 3 copies messed up. The Girls were supposed to leave today to get
ready to go to Florida tomorrow on Thursday, But they wanted to stay all night again.
I texted Courtney and she was O.K. with that.
I tried to get internet connectivity to Azure’s laptop. But some sort of malware
is blocking that. I worked on that for 2 hours with no success.
Yudi made lunch for the girls and then around 2:30 they went back down to the
basement and made videos with Yudi’s camera.
I am a little frustrated because I didn’t get anything done before work today. Ugh.
The girls went to Church with Yudi. They had a nice time they said. Then the 3 of
them played in the basement. Yudi left around 9:00 to go to a friends.
The girls played in the living room and danced. Azure ended up falling and getting
hurt. Zarah came running in the room saying “Azures hurt, Azure hurt” I ran in
the living room and Azure was on the floor crying. I felt bad for her.
I told her to please be careful. I told her that she was more important to me than
the whole world and that I hate it when she is hurt or sad.
A little later Zarah fell asleep in the living room.
Yudi came home around midnight. I carried Zarah up to Yudi’s room and put her in
Yudis bed. Zarah had wanted to sleep upstairs.
Azure and I crashed in the Piano room. I slept pretty good.
THURSDAY
We got up and Yudi made Giant Waffles for the girls.

I spent about an hour gathering up all of their stuff.
Tim got to the house around 11:00 he came in the front because no one heard him knocking on the
side. . We talked for about 10 minutes. Azure showed Tim the drawings she made over the week.
I had a nice time with them. I hope they are safe and sound going to Florida and Back.
