I had to work for support.com on Friday 4-17-15. I had one customer that was very very rude and
insulting with me. Deeya came downstairs and was helping coach me to keep me in control of my
self and the call. Finally I had to escalate it to a supervisor. Today was my last day of
mentoring. Courtney and Time brought the girls up around 7:30ish. I just happened to be on break
when they got there. I went outside and gave Tim a couple of asprins.
Azure jumped out of the Police Blazer and gave me a big hug. And so did Zarah. Azure was the
only one staying all night because Zarah wanted to go to Graces Birthday party on Saturday.
However when it was time to leave Zarah started crying. I said “whats wrong”? She said that she
wanted to stay all night too. I told Courtney that she could stay all night also and I would
meet Courtney somewhere tomorrow while Azure and I were out running around.
Azure and Brooklynn and Zarah played upstairs with Yudi while I worked. Deeya and Frank went to
a dinner with Troys wife.Then the 3 girls came downstairs and laid on the floor with pillows
and blankets and watched Hotel Transylvania..
Deeya got home around 10:00 and had Brooklynn come upstairs. The girls fell asleep almost
immedietlly after that. I worked until 12:30. The had a graduation ceremony from 12:00 to 12:30.
I was so glad to be off work I couldn’t believe it. I went and laid on the floor with the girls
and went to sleep.
We woke up around 10:00 am on Saturday. Brooklynn came downstairs. I put Barbie Charm School on
the Wall. Then I made Waffles for the 3 girls. While I was making waffles frank was made
Omeletts for him and Deeya.
After the girls finished eating. (All 3 of them ate all of the
waffles) After that they went back downstairs to play.They played with the two big red exercise
balls and took pictures of each other.
I worked on am Asus laptop that Courtney is needing to get into for work. I got the girls ready
to leave. Frank got ready to leave. We finally got out of the house around 12:30 to meet
Courtney. Frank drove Zarah, Azure and I to “Eddie Merlots” to get Franks CRV.
It is a really nice spring day out. The grass at the house has grown an inch in the last 3 days
I think. It is around 63 degrees and no clouds. We got the car and headed to West 86th street
(The exit passed michigan road) to meet courtney.
We dropped Zarah off and I went to the bank. Then I went to Taco Bell and got two Cheesy Bean
and rice burritos.
By by now it was 2:00. I asked Azure what she would like to do… I said we can go to the Zoo,
the Childrens Museum, The Art Museum, Paddle boat on the Canal. We can go to a Craft place and
paint clay pottery. or Chuckie Cheese or Dave and Busters. What ever she would like.
She couldn’t really make up her mind. Then I called Scott Burke and asked him what he was going
to do for the day. He said he, Elaina and Greg were headed to Union Jacks in Broad Ripple. I
told him were were in the area and would pop in and say hi.
So as I drove south towards Indianapolis we end up in our old neighborhood. We got to 51st Stree
and saw Allyson and Linda outside. So we pulled up and got out and talked to them for about 20
minutes.
Then we drove to Union Jacks. Such a nice day out lots of people running around Broad Ripple.
we went in and hung out with them for about an hour. Azure talked to Scott and Elaina alot.
Scott kept telling Azure how talented her dad is. And was saying very nice things about me to
her. Greg was over by the bar talkng to someone else for the first 30 minutes we were there.
Finally he came over and sat down with us. We all talked and had a good time for about 45
minutes or so. I really didn’t want to leave. They didn’t want us to leave either but I wanted
to make sure and do something fun with Azure.
We made our way closer to downtown. When we got to about 32 and Meridian we came up to an
Apartment fire. We could see smoke billowing out of and Apartment. The firetrucks weren’t even
there yet. We pulled over and watched and took pictures.
After we left Azure said something about wanted to learn how to Roller Skate. I said well lets
do that then. We drove down to Greenwood to “Wheels of Wonder” We got there about 4:45. I guess
they were in between Skating hours. She said that they would be back open at 7:30 p.M.
So Azure and I went and walked around the Greenwood mall. We Got I cream from Maggie Moos in the
Mall. Then we went across the Street to Uncle Bills Pet store. We looked at all the animals.
Azure wanted to hold a Ferrit. But according to the signs you have to be 18 to hold one.
While we were looking at the fish I heard a “Mike?” and I turned around and it was an old friend
of mine named “Ross Vannatter”. We talked for a few minutes. I told him I remembered that he
worked here after we were in the store for about 10 minutes but didn’t see him.
He said that “Yeah I am off today just in here helping a friend buy something”.
Then we went next door to half price books. I let Azure pick out an Art book. I found a book on
how to make stuff with duct tape.
I got that for her as a Surprize. I got a Spanish video about
the Pope for Yudi. I saw a “Paramore” Blu-ray concert video for a dollar. So I got that for me.
When we got out of there it was near 7:30. So we headed back down to the Roller rink. We had a
great time. It took me a while to get back in the swing of roller skating but I didn’t do bad.
Couldn’t remember how to skate backwards. lol… oh well. I really had fun tho.
We left “Wheels of Wonder” at 10:30 and went back up north to Tibbs Drive in.
It was dark and really crowded. It was sort of a challenge to find a spot while driving with our
lights out. But we did. We got there just as “Home” was ending.
we went to the Snack bar and got Pizza. We ended up in the front row of the movie. We turned the
FM radio to channel. 97.5 to hear the movie.
About 1/2 way through I went back to the snack bar and got Azure a Snickers Ice Cream bar. I
decided to get another slice of Pizza. The girl gave me two slices and only charged me for one.
COOL.
The movie was pretty good. We got out of there at 12:45 am. I didn’t think Azure would make it
through the whole movie but she did.
We talked all the way home about the news, and the internet , and how to learn from wise people
and how to learn from other people mistakes.
We got to Cicero at 1:45. I got on the internet for about 25 minutes. Azure drew a Puppy dog
from her new book. We slept around 2:30.
I woke up at 10:30. Azure woke up at 11:00. I typed this out. We ate Cereal. Looks like another
nice day out. I really don’t want to clock in for work today. Oh well. Azure doesn’t want to
leave. I don’t want her too. it is 12:05 right now.
I met Courtney at Starbucks at 2:00 it is really nice out. She gave me a Starbucks coffee. We
stood in the parking lot and talked for about 10 minutes about the weekend happenings.
