Yudi Picked Azure and Zarah from Starbucks at 96th & Meridian on her way back from going with Brooklynn to Tumbling.Azure Zarah and Brooklynn played in the basement most of the evening doing dances
and tumbling. They also worked on singing Skit.
I put in Tinkerbell and the Neverbeast around 8:00 P.M. I reheated some Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza for them. They ate in the basement while Watching the movie.
I spent most of the evening trying to get a Wifi router from Sprint. Frank and Deeya planned a trip to Europe.
Around 9:45 Brooklynn had to go upstairs. Zarah laid on the mattress and played Friv.com for about an Hour. Azure sat beside me on the floor and drew pictures.
Azure fell asleep around 11:30. I tried to go to sleep around 12:30 but couldn’t I got up at 1:30 and took a sleeping pill.
The girls got up at 8:30 am. I made Chocolate Chip pancakes for Azure and a plain one for Zarah. Around 11:00 Brooklynn left for Tennis. Azure and I practiced Beautiful day along with the music. Azure did good but managed to find a way to be discouraged anyway.
We had a HUGE talk about her confidence and the fact that she says “I can’t” about everything she tries. I am getting frustrated about it.I said Azure you have been working on this song for a year and you are still getting upset about it. She is not allowed to say “I can’t”. And she has been saying it a lot lately.Anyway I talked to her for at least an hour about it. Finally I filled the bath tub upstairs for them to take a bath. Zarah got in but Azure was not in the mood now.
After Zarah got out I made cereal for both of them. Azure finally started to snap out of it a little. We took the CRV to Westfield. I got them each a KitKat Bar. I got a coke from Speedway.
When we got back Azure ran through the song on guitar again. She did good. Then I played “Teardrops on my Guitar” I told her she should do that one next. Maybe even for the talent show.
Then Around 2:00 Zarah and I went outside to play in the snow. Azure stayed into draw. Zarah and made a snow man. It is super sunny out and about 30 degrees. It is perfect snowman building snow. The snow almost rolls its self up. I had Azure come outside to take our picture with it.
She decided that she wanted to play outside now. A few minutes later Brooklynn, Frank and Deeya pulled up and Brooklynn came outside.We buit another snowman. I came in after a while because I had given my gloves to Brooklynn.
The girls came in at 3:30p.m. Zarah played Friv.com while laying on the mattress. Brooklynn worked on their Music Skit again.
Azure, Zarah, Brooklynn and I played a game that they made up called “Silent Ball” for a little while. And then we did a few “Mad Libs” The girls all really laughed when I read them back. Azure really cracked up a few times. That was fun. Around 5:00 I put in Tangled on the wall and made the girls each a bowl of fruit.At 6:30 Brooklynn had to practice her piano and flute.
Azure and Zarah helped me make Blue Apron. Tonight we made “Miso Yuzu-Glazed Cod With Black Rice and Water Spinach”. The girls actually did most of it. I just directed the. It went really well and fast.
The 3 girls played down stairs again for a while. I worked on some Laravel Tutorials. Around 8:00 I drove to the Gas Station and got Azure a Ice Cream Drumstick and Zarah a Baby Bottle Pop. Since they did such a good job on dinner. I got Brooklynn a blue Baby Bottle Pop too. After Brooklynn went to bed Azure sat on the counter top in the basement and looked thorough a “Drawing for Dummies” Book. She really seems to like it. She drew several nice pictures.
Zarah laid on the mattress beside me and played Friv.com for a while. The girls fell asleep around 11:00. I stayed up until about 12:30 working on Laravel and Bootstrap.
We woke up around 9:00 a.m. Deeya is super busy and Frank had to go to work so we all decided not to make it to Church this weekend. I made pancakes for the girls. They ate at the Kitchen Counter. Deeya walked on her Treadmill.
At 11:00 Buku took a shower and Azure and Zarah watched “Barbie and the Secret Door” in the basement. Brooklynn and Azure started working on their song skit again. So Zarah and I went out side and built another Snowman. We sledded on a little hill for a while. It was fun. I built 3 snow-mans this weekend. Don’t think I have ever done that before.
I made Mac and Cheese and pink Lemonade for the girls. They practiced thier dance routine and played a sort of football game in the basement.
Courtney texted me around 3:30 and asked if we could meet before 6 because she was in Castleton. We left around 5:00P.M. Azure said that she wanted an drawing book. I told her that I would get her one. Zarah played Minion Rush on my Iphone.We met Courtney and Tims daughter Mattie at Starbucks. Glenn the Drummer called me just as I was pulling away. I talked to him for several minutes about the new song mixes.
I have been getting a little sad everytime I drop the girls off lately. Today is no exception. I drove to Barnes and Noble in Westfield. I bought Azure a drawing book called “You can Draw”.
I bought a little Javascript Reference book for myself. I still had a B&N gift card from my Birthday last June. I Burned that right up. I got .41 cents back. I went to Taco Bell got two bean buritos and made my way back to Deeys. And it’s still day light out.
