Spring Break – 3-21 to 3-26

1. Yudi went to Bloomington for the day.
2. Azure, Zarah and I played around the house all day. I spent some time taking carpet up from the basement. 
   
3. Azure and Zarah took a big bubble bath in the Jacuzzi. It was off btw.
4. Azure and Zarah made drawings and crafts.

Just before dark Zarah and I took the trash out to the street at Deeyas.The driveway is pretty long and it is a pretty far from the garage to the street. About 1/2 down I said “its a long way isn’t it”. She said “Yeah it looks like we are taking the trash for a walk” Too Funny!

5. Yudi got back from Bloomington around 4:00 P.M. She played “Hide and Seek” with the girls. 
6. We watched “Desperaux”. The girls fell asleep on the couch together again. I carried ’em to the Piano room. 

1. We had pancakes again for breakfast. 
2. We painted window hangings that look like stained glass.
   
3. We dropped a few of the capsules in water that expand into farm animals.
   
   
4. Azure and I worked on her Beanie Boo home. Azure cut her thumb with scissors trying to make a cardboard table for it. (So much for guitar lessons this weekend.)
5. We played MineCraft and Boowah and Kowala.
6. We watched “The Princess and the Frog”.
7. Around 7:00 P.M. Yudi, Zarah, Azure and I went to the Dollar store in Noblesville to find crafts to make furnishings for Azure’s project.  
8. Zarah has been excited that the seeds that she planted in a cup at church have sprouted so we also bought seeds to start a small garden.
9. Then we went to Wal-Mart and bought Grapes and Milk and Watermelon, and Donuts... etc….
10. We made Swiss Miss Hot-Chocolate with Mini-Marshmallows in them. 
11. I rented “Wreck-it Ralph” on DVD for the girls to watch. 
    
12. When  we got back I made a flower bouquet for her play table.
13. Azure and I watched “Froggy Craft” videos on YouTube.
    

    While Yudi played with Zarah.

14. I read about DMXIS lighting controllers while they watched their movie. 
15. The girls fell asleep on the couch together again. I carried ’em to the Piano room. 

1. We got up around 9:00 A.M. It’s snowing…. Ugh……
2. Both Azure and Zarah had a donut for breakfast. 
3. I made a T.V. Set, a bouquet of flowers, and a Couch for Azures home.
   
   
   
4. Azure made a miniature plate with food on it for her Sheep.
5. Since they slept through it last night we tried “Wreck-it Ralph” again. 
6. We planted garden seeds in a mini-cupcake container. We planted Tomatoes, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, Spinach, Carrots, Tomatoes, Morning Glorys, Marigolds, and Poppies. 
   
   
   
7. The Dumpster  came around noon so that I could put the old carpet from the basement in it. 
8. Yudi made Fresh Watermelon, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Grapes and Subway sandwiches for the girls while I pulled up carpet in the big closet room. 
   
9. at 3:30 p.m. I typed this out up to here while Azure, Zarah, and Yudi played “Hide and Seek” again. 
10. While I took a shower,Yudi made a plate of Ritz Crackers and drinks for the girls and started teaching them Spanish in the Piano room.
11. At 8:00 PM. Yudi went to a Church Service and took Zarah with her. She said that she was really good and all the ladies fell in love with her. 
12. Azure stayed with me and had “Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream“.
    
13. Yudi went to bed about 10:30. We went to bed in the Piano Room and I read Zarahs “Frozen” book to them two times in a row. Then Zarah asked if she could sleep in the playpen/crib that was set up in our room. It is set up for baby Isla when Sarah and Andrew come to town. I told her that it was  O.K. She slept there the whole night. I was kind of surprised.
    

1. We got up around 9:00 A.M. 
2. We ate breakfast and watched some Scooby-Doo Cartoons. 
3. I did the girls laundry and pulled up some carpet in the Basement. 
4. For lunch the girls had  “Uncrustables” PB&J and Cantaloupe, and Apples, and Strawberries.
5. Around 1:00 the Girls got in the big jacuzzi bath tub. I filled it with lots of bubbles. I put a laptop on a small table away from them and put the movie “Frankenweenie” on it. They had lots of fun in the Tub.
6. I washed Zarahs hair in the sink and combed it out and put it in a ponytail. I brushed Azures hair for a long time. It had a big tangle on one side. They got dressed. 
7. Yudi got home at 5:10 P.M. We jumped in the car and drove to Brownsburg to take Zarah to Karate.We got there at 6:10 P.M. Zarah was so cute in her GI doing Kicks… Courtney and Tim were there. 
   
   
   
8. We left Karate and drove to Coopers Stardust Bowl in Noblesville. Azure and I played two games of Bowling while Yudi and Zarah played the Arcade games. Zarah eventually came over and bowled about 6 of my frames. We left at 9 P.M. Zarah was very fussy and grumpy by this time. 
   
   
   
9. We got home. I tried to order a free photo book from Shutterfly with a coupon that Missy gave me today. Unfortunately it expired at Midnight and I couldn’t keep the order from racking up Extra Prices. I gave up at midnight and we went to bed.

1. We got up at 9:00 A.M. The girls had Cheerios and Fruity Pebbles for Breakfast.
2. We Played games on the laptops on the couch. I sat in the middle and watched. Azure showed me different things you can do in Minecraft while Zarah dressed up Barbies on the laptop beside me. 
3. The girl made alphabet letters out using their bodies on the couch while I filmed it look down from the balcony. They were having a blast. Giggling.
4. Judy got up around 11:00 and suggested we go to the “Spaghetti Factory” for dinner.Both the girls were excited about that. So I called Missy and told her we would keep the girls again tonight
5. Judy made lunch for the girls and the 3 of them watched “Frozen” on T.V. They don’t seem to get sick of that on. I took some carpet out to the dumpster. 
6. We left the house at 5:00 and went to Mass at St. Maria Goretti Church. Zarah immediately fell asleep in the car and slept in my arms through the whole service and all the way to the “Spaghetti Factory“.
7. We all had fun at dinner. the Spaghetti, Garlic Cheese Bread and Spumoni were really good. 
8. We ended up buying an extra Mizthra Cheese entree. Yudi gave it to a homeless guy outside of the restaurant. 
9. We walked to Circle Center Mall we walked around for about 1.5 hours me and Zarah explored the Arcade area. Yudi and Azure went to a toy store and bought another Beanie Boo. A Dalmation this time I believe. 
10. Then we walked down to the Circle and to the Civil War Monument. Azure and Zarah petted the horses that pull the carriages.

12. The horses had sparkly polish on their hooves. The girls thought that was funny.  Yudi tipped the Russian lady that worked the  lot we were parked at. 
13. After we got home Zarah pranced around in a little blanket cape saying “Look Daddy I’m Elsa” I felt so much love for her at that moment I couldn’t believe it.We put “Frozen” on and Zarah fell asleep beside me on the couch. Yudi taught Spanish to Azure and they played with the Beanie Boo’s on the couch in the Piano room. We went to bed pretty late.

Friday 3-28-14

1.  Zarah did good all week but she finally wet the bed last night.
2. We slept in really late. We didn’t get up until 10:30 A.M. We had cereal for Breakfast. 
3. The girls sat on my lap and we played with the Beanie Boos for a longtime. 
4. Then they played games on the laptops. I started getting their stuff together.
5. I didn’t want them to leave. I started understanding how a parent can feel when they get empty nest syndrome.
6. We got dressed brushed our teeth and headed out at 3:00 P.M.. Zarah and I played silly games in the backseat while Yudi and Azure worked on Spanish up front. 
7. We met Missy at Kohl’s at 96th and I-69. Missy bought me a pair of  boots and a pair of jeans. She had some Coupons. They are great. I really like them. 
8. We took all of the girls stuff from Yudi’s car and put it in Missys van. 
9. Azure and I teared up when we said our good-byes. Zarah was sweet as can be.
10. I miss them already. (see line 5)
