Taylor Swift – 09-16-2015


I had been working on tickets for the T.Swift show for about 10 months …..

I have been encouraging Azure to play guitar, And I often suggest Taylor songs for Azure to learn on guitar. Plus for the most part Taylor has been a good role model. Consequently we spent a lot of time learning new Taylor songs on acoustic guitar. We have played the Live “Speak Now ” tour Blu-ray video a lot for song Ideas and chords in the past 1 and a half years.

Chris Dickey came through at 8:41 Am on the day of the show. Whew I was a nervous wreck by then. Show sold out… and scalper tickets were going for up to 1800.00 a pair near the area I wanted.

Azure didn’t know about the show. I took off work at 4:00 and drove to Brownsburg to pick her up. We told her a few days earlier that I was going to take her out for her birthday. No one told her where we were going  though.

 

When I got to Missy and Dan’s to pick her up I told her. I filmed it with my Iphone as I told her. She was super excited.

We arrived at Bankers Life about 6:00 Pm. Had a little trouble getting our seats from Will Call but finally did.

I was very happy with were we were sitting. Food, Kitchen, Seats…. nice. No crowded Floors or Long aisle’s of seats to try to get to.

Chris got us the hook up. Loved the spot. Loved the people we were hanging out with.

Music sound great from where we were. I know it sounded good because it didn’t seem loud at all until after the show my ears were ringing.

We had a wonderful time. Tee Shirts, Programs, Free Food and Drinks..

My only complaint was, of the  16 songs she played 11 were from new new Album and only 5 old songs. But not surprised. That is what a tour is for. To sell units of the latest CD.

Concert over at 10:30. Met Courtney at Loves Truckstop in Whitestown. Drove home. Bed at 12:30 P.M.
