Courtney texted me and asked me if I would get the girls at 11:00 A.M. Because Courtney and her mom and dad were going to Michigan to see David Schweibold’s new baby.
I left the house at 10:30 and drove to Starbucks. It is kind of hot out today and muggy. It is only 74 right now but feels hotter. Maybe because of all the humidity.
Courtney showed up in a white Excursion shortly after I arrived. The girls and I left. On the way back Azure told me about her trip to Mammoth Cave earlier in the week with a friend of hers from school.
We started on our way back and I decided that I still was not fully awake. We stopped in Westfield at the Starbucks near Menards and I got a wrap and a coffee..
11.00 Dollars..ugh..
Then we walked over to Subway and Azure got a 6 inch ham sandwich. Then we drove over to the BP and Zarah got a small Cherry and Rasberry Slushy. We got back to the house and Azure started Stretching with her Work out app that she downloaded to her phone.
Brooklynn came down and gave Zarah a Pink Dress and some Jazz shoes. The shoes were a little snug on Zarahs feet but she didn’t care. She was excited.
The girls danced around and Stretched for a while. Yudi came down and we all looked at a city that Azure made on Minecraft.
At 2:00. Deeya, Brooklynn and I left to take Deeya and Brooklynn to the Airport. They are going to Visit Sarah, Andrew and Isla. We stopped at Tom Wood Subaru to return Deeyas rental car. One of the girls I used to work with at Healthcare partners. She told me a couple stories about the old Manager that I didn’t know.
We got to the Airport around 3:15. I dropped them off. Then I drove to 86th and 465 on the westside and stopped at Huntington Bank. Then I went to Books-a-Million for a minute.
I drove to Clay Terrace to drop off Deeyas dry cleaning but they had closed 7 minutes earlier. I went over to the “Luca” pizza place and got a piece of Cheese pizza.
I got back to the house the girls were in the living room playing on the WII with Yudi. It looked like it was getting ready to rain so I mowed the back yard as Quickly as I could.
I got done and weed wacked it. Then I went in the house and we started watching “KISS meets Scooby Doo.”. We watched about half of it then we went to the gas Station. I got Azure and Zarah each a Lunchable.
We got back to the house. Yudi left to go to a dinner. Azure started playing MineCraft and Zarah started playing ABCMOUSE.COM It is 8:17 P.M. Right now.
I was tired and had no energy. So I wanted to watch some learning material on the computer. So I asked the girls to bring their laptops onto the bed We each had our own laptops.
I watched Creating Child Themes using CSS. By Digital Tutors. I got some pizza for Azure and a cup of Blueberries for Zarah.
After Azure ate she wanted Blueberries so I loaded them each up with more. We all 3 brushed our teeth together.
Eventually we got tired of that and we turned out the lights and I put in “Tinkerbell and the neverbeast”.
We all decided to go to the restroom before bed. Zarah threw a fit about there being a cricket in the bathroom. I told her you are not afraid of crickets we have camped a dozen times and you have never said a word. They aren’t mean and do not bother you.
I went in the bathroom and couldn’t see it. She kept throwing a fit that I get it. Eventually I think the fit was more because she couldn’t get her way.
We all went to bed and she finally gave up. I didn’t sleep all that well. I saw lightning patterns on the wall so I figured it was raining out.
SUNDAY.
We woke up at 10:00 am. I took a shower and made cereal for the girls. We decided to go ride ponies and go to Conner Prairie. It is about 75 degrees right now with a 40% chance of rain.
We left that house at 11:30. We drove to Noblesville and then to Conner Prairie. We were going to ride the big hot air balloon but they kept stopping it due to windiness. We petted animals and watched a play. The play was about two brothers who each chose opposite sides of the war.
Zarah brushed her hand in the nettles in the pic above. She cried. Poor thing.
We walked through all of the structures and talked to the people (Characters). They girls spent the last hour in a play / craft area.
Zarah colored some USA flags and Azure made a Rattle and a Sheep out of carboard and Yarn and tape. We stopped at the snack bar and Azure got a big pretzel and Zarah got bread sticks.
When we got outside around 4:50 PM. I noticed that the front left side of the van was lower than the right. Ugh.
I carefully drove through Noblesville to the Dairy Queen. Azure got a Cotton Candy Blizzard and Zarah got a Dilly Bar. I got a cookie dough Blizzard.
We Stopped at Red Box at the McDonalds in Cicero. I got “Penguins” and “something toads”. We got back to the house at 5:40 Pm. it is nice outside. But I am over being in the van with no air and the Windows won’t roll down.
We got back to the house. We watched The Frog Movie. Azure and Zarah Practiced Stretching and Dancing.
The girls watch Disney Channel from about 7:00 to 9:00 PM
I brought down the Tempur-pedic mattress.
We laid on the mattress around 10:00 PM. I was in the middle. Azure was on my Right. Azure read “The baby sitters club”
Zarah played “ABCMOUSE.COM. And I watched “Genesis – Creating Child Themes, by Digital Tutors”
Around 11:00 we put in a “Heathcliff ” Movie and all fell asleep.
MONDAY.
I woke up at 9:00AM. I made coffee and Oatmeal.
Zarah came upstairs and I made her a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios.
Azure woke up a few minutes later.
My new Position Training started at 10:00 AM.
I the girls played in the Exercise room until around 11:00 A.M. and then Yudi got home.
The 3 of them went to the Cicero Market and got Cookie mix. They made cookies and had a Tea Party in the Basement.
I got off work at 6:30. YAY.
Then Zarah and Azure took Showers. Yudi made Blue Apron. it was good. Azure and Zarah and I all ate a lot of it.
Azure read a Manners book while she ate dinner. I took the two movies back to red-box in Cicero it is nice out but Muggy. I bought Yudi some medium fries at McDonalds.
Frank got home around 7:30.
Yudi, Azure and Zarah all soaked their feet in the tub in the bathroom basement. Then they gave each other pedicures.
I looked at themes for a base for Jeff’s site.
The four of us played Hungry Hiippos for a while. Then we watched Penguins. After the movie 3 girls went upstairs and ate.
Yudi went to bed. Azure read her Manners book. Zarah looked at a book called 365 days of Crafts.
I finished more of the Genesis Theme work tutorial videos.
It has really been thundering and lightening out side. Expect a big storm tonight. Got a flash flood warning on my Cell phone.
Tuesday.
I got up at 8:45 am. I made some delicious Oatmeal with Blue-berries, Cranberries, Bananas, Walnuts, Raisins, Cinnemon and Stevia. It was really good.
The girls wanted Honeynut Cheerios.
I started my job at 10:00 am.
Yudi came down stairs around 11:00 the girls went upstairs and hung out with Yudi and played the WII.
Around 1:30 the girls left with Yudi to ride with her to school and go to the dollar store. Yudi sent me a picture of Azure and Zarah standing outside of the “Azure” store at the mall.
I got done with work at 6:30 PM. It is muggy and hot out today. Yudi made Meatballs, Corn, Brocolli fir the girls. Frank didn’t get home until almost 9:00 he had been to sams club buying stuff.
I tried to show Azure a magic trick with a glass that was in one of her books.
We went down stairs soon after Frank got home. The four of us played “Hedbandz” for a while. That morphed in “Charades”.
On one Azure was trying to pretend that she was “Jumping Rope”. Zarah goes “I know what it is”. then she ran in the exercise room and brought out a Jump rope.
She said “Its one of these”. I said why didn’t you just tell us what it was. She said I don’t know what its called. I said what do you think it is called? she said “Jumping Jacks”. I started laughing.
Yudi went to bed around 10:00. Zarah was uber wound up and loud. I finally got them to lay down on the mattress and draw.
Zarah drew a Heart Picture for Azure and Azure drew a picture for Zarah.
I watched instructional videos in the middle of them. We crashed around 11:30.
Tuesday.
I woke up at 8:45 am. I went to the gas Station and got Doughnuts for the kids. They watched Disney in the Exercise room. On my first break at noon. I asked them to go outside with me to feed the chickens.
I said “it is a perfect summer day to play outside. Not too hot. Not raining, no snow.” In a few months it will be snowing again and you will be back at school and you will wish you could play outside.
They helped me feed the chickens and then we found 2 baby toads. Azure made a home for them. They ended up playing outside for quite a while.
Later they came and got two cameras and took a bunch of pictures of trees and flowers and stuff.
Yudi cleaned the kitchen and living room. Zarah was upset that she couldn’t sweep.
Around 4:00 they each took a shower. Around 6:00 they left with Yudi to go to church and to Clay Terrace. I gave Yudi my Bank Card to get Ice Cream.
After they got back went went out to let the toads go free but somehow they had already gotten out.
Yudi made Pasta Blue Apron. We all ate it in the kitchen together.
After that we played “Hedbandz” in the exercise room until 11:00 PM.
Then we went to bed. Azure and I had another hour long talk about life and goals, and college and choosing friends.
THURSDAY.
I got up at 8:45 AM. I went to the gas station and bought donuts for the girls. They played the WII upstairs.
Zarah played ABCmouse.com for a while. Azure did math on IXL.com for a while, and became very discouraged. She came down stairs and laid down face first on the mattress. Then ended up being a half hour talk about not giving up and / slow and steady wins the race / and start with easier questions. If she just does a little bit a day she will see progress…. etc…
At lunch I set up a painting station for the girls on the card table in the exercise room. They spent most of the afternoon painting and drawing.
I got off work at 6:30. We packed up the girls stuff to take them to meet Courtney around 7:00. I went to the barn to get the van so the girls wouldn’t have to walk so far.
I told them to grab their stuff and meet me in the driveway.
The front shocks on the van are acting weird and I am hesitant to drive it. But it is my only choice.
The girls climbed in and we went on our way. We stopped at the gas station I put 5.00 in the tank and we went inside to get some small freezies. I realized at that time that I didn’t have my phone with me.
While Zarah was getting hers I turned around and saw Dan Ballard walk in. I yelled over to him a couple times but it took him a second to see us.
He came over and shook my hand. I was like “Hey are you going to Brownsburg?” He said “Yes” I said “The van isn’t running all that well do you mind taking them with you ?”. He said “Sure”
I told Dan I needed to call Courtney to stop her before she leaves the house to meet us. I told him I didn’t have my phone.
He said that his was dead. So I used the Speedway phone to call Courtney. She said “No Problem”.
I went over to the van to get the girls stuff. Then I realized that I didn’t have A&Z’s purple bag.
When I got back over to Chris and Dan. I could see Azure tearing up. I said “Whats wrong?”. She said that she didn’t want to leave yet.
I told her that was O.K. because since we didn’t have their purple bag we were going to have to make another trip anyway.
I hugged Zarah and she got in the car with Chris and Dan and Chris’s Dad.
Azure and I drove back to the house. I worked on Pat Sullivans Web Site until about 11:15 Pm. During that time Azure and I cooked a Cheeze Pizza and ate it.
Azure ran on the treadmill and jumped rope and stretched and worked out.
Frank got home around 10:00 PM. Azure and I went to bed about 11:45. We laid in bed and had ANOTHER long talk about
School, and confidence, and friends and not giving up, and being nice to yourself.
Azure teared up a couple of times while we talked. I patted her and told her that everything was going to work out just fine in the long run.
I didn’t sleep very well. At one point in the night Azure was giggling in her sleep. That was funny.
I got up at 7:00 am. Azure and I went to Walmart in Westfield. I got some money orders and some hair gel.
We got a Zhu Zu pet and habitrail for Azure that was $20.00, but was marked down to $3.00.
We got back to the house at 8:45 AM. I called Pat two times about his website but his line was busy.
I made a cup of coffee and got ready for work. Azure ran on the treadmill again and played with her habitrail.
Courtney got here around 1:00 and picked up Azure. I gave Azure $20.00 to take with her to Holiday World tomorrow.
I walked them out to the car and told Azure I love her with all my heart.

ADDENDUM..… Deeya called me on 7-18-2015 and asked me if Azure would like to attend a golf camp at SHORTEE’S GOLF next week. I said I am sure that she would. So Frank went there on his way to pick Deeya from the Airport and signed Azure and Brookylnn up.
Courtney took Azure there Monday and then picked her up. Courtney wanted Azure to stay home that night to visit with GG and PaPa because Azure was at Holiday World all day Satuday and Sunday with Olivia from School and her family.
Courtney took Azure on Tuesday morning and then Azure stayed with me until Saturday the 26th. I didn’t get to spend a lot of time with Azure because of her camp and my training for work . So as a recap of the stuff she did.
She went swimming at 5 seasons with Brooklynn.
She went to the mall and got a Dog from Build a bear with Brooklynn.
She went to Symphony on the Prairie with Frank Deeya and Brooklynn and Yudi.
(On Saturday I went to see Dean Riffles band in Greenfield and then went see Soul Shine at Monty’s in Chesterfield)
She and I practiced “Drops of Jupiter” on Guitar.
I took her back on Saturday at 3:30 to Costco. I met Dan and Missy there.
